75kmi isn't high...mine 172kmi and still runs strong

(1) buy a bottle of concentrated injector cleaner (follow the instruction label) to clean up injectors
(2) Change transmission fluid if not done so in last 3 years
(3) Change brake fluid if not done in last 3 years
(4) Replace air filter
(5) maybe need to change spark plugs
