60k miles/5 years for coolant under normal condition

Radiator cap & radiator hose don't need to be replaced unless they can't maintain pressure or there's crack/leak.

Coolant replacement is car dependent. Some car manufacturers like Toyota would suggest you to replace coolant(long life) after 100k miles.
