Use common sense. You get control by lowering the Jack slowly. As long as the wheel not looses from the bolts, continiue loweringbjack. When the wheel is lifted from ground, shake it by hands. If it is still not loose, tune it to another direction and press it shine by lower it to ground. Again, you get control when lowering Jack slowly.
