You can simply buy a tube of water-proof caulking, which forms a flexible sealing to prevent water from getting into it.

If you want to have a strong glue in place, you can go buy a set of epoxy (twin-tube). It will fix the leak and permanently glue together the pieces (water-proof and oil resistance).
