求助：買了二手車被騙，大家來看看我該怎麽辦。

我是一名剛來三個月的留學生，9月17號從灣區的一家dealer買了一台二手車，原以為是朋友介紹過去，加之dealer是中國人，我就輕信了那些人，我就沒怎麽check那台車子，就付錢買下了，買完以後才發現那台車子的title是As is no warranty，可是偏偏在第三天的時候，車子的engine light開始報警，然後我在這一個月之內前後找了dealer三次，一直沒有解決，每次過去都是敷衍我，不知道他們用什麽方法，當時engine light不報警了，車子開回來就又繼續報警，我也沒什麽辦法，可是在10月21的時候，發動機突然動力下降，最後啟動不了，最後找拖車拖回dealer，dealer檢測，說發動機由於高負荷運轉，導致發動機爆缸，隻能換發動機，費用連人工至少在3000刀，dealer咬定說這是我人為造成，他不會負責，可是我每次開車都很慢，根本沒有什麽讓發動機高負荷運轉，這台車子從買來第三天發動機的故障燈就開始亮，一定是車子在賣我以前就毛病，最後導致這種結果，可是我現在也沒用什麽拿得出手的證據來說明車子在dealer賣我之前就是有毛病的，現在我都不知道去哪兒去聲訴，dealer就是看我剛來的不太懂，這樣白坑我。有好心人介意我去當地的DMV去complaint，這樣有勝算嗎？有沒有人知道美國對二手車主維權的相關法律，請大家幫幫忙，給我出點注意，感謝大家了。
