加州灣區: 拿stop sign ticket 22450(a)CVC, should I fight this ticket?

At a 4-way stop sign, there are 3 cars at 3 different ways. My car was the 2nd one reaching the stop -sign there. My car completely stopped at the stop-sign, and waitted the 1st car going through the crossstreet, after that I drove though the crossstreet.
But a cop hide in a police car which parked far away from the croosstreet at another street said that there was a car in front of me. Actually that car was the 3rd car reaching the stop-sign at another street, it should be after my car.
Court notice: Bail $222, or $261 go to traffic school, or arraignment($222).
Please give good suggestion!
