that means the sound is wheel/hub/rotor/shock etc related

I would start from checking hub/brake "hood" (or you can call it "skirt") which is to prevent dirts from getting into hub/brake piston area. what you would need to do is just bending it outward a little if it is touching the rotor or rim. you'll need to take the wheel off first.
