help:try to change engine oil , what kind of the tools to open

the cap, my car is 08 toyota highlander, ( the oil filter is paper like, it is put inside ) so first have to open the cap, I already went to some auto part store, they said on this kind tools, let me go to toyota service. Is it realy no any tools I can use to loose the cap? Thank you.
