謝 - 再說我的case 懷疑保險公司玩賴

我車被別人車撞 在停車場.有如下事實:

1. I stopped completely; 2. I beeped the other driver twice before she hit me; 3. I moved out the parking stall first; 4. The witness waved hand and shouted to the other driver as well to ask her to stop.

I did everything to avoid collision, but the other driver did nothing but hit me. How come it is 50-50?

可是 保險公司初步仍然可能認定是50-50. 我懷疑 是因為我和對方都是同一家保險, 保險公司玩賴!
