新手買車，請高手幫忙看看車行檢查後的報告，謝謝！

有了小孩，想換一輛車，看中一輛05年的Ford Escape XLT， V6, AWD, 到車行檢測，給了一個報告，由於不懂，想請版上的高人看看給指點一下可以買嗎？謝謝！
報告如下：
Right side front axle seal is starting to leak
Engine oil is a little low
Tranny fluid is starting to lose its color, vehicle shifts fine, would recommend a transmission service
No brake pulsation on test drive. Brakes look good
Belts look in good shape
Sway bar links are loose. They are not broken
Right rear end of vehicle looks like it may have been put into a ditch, it has sign of being hooked to a tow truck
