Is it necessary to get Turbo and AWD

The one quoted is 3.2 6 cyl. 235hp. A little bit sluggish. But I am fine with it. Anyway I like the sturdy and solid feeling.

I am in Michigan. Not sure if I need to get AWD for icy road condition.

Also seems the mpg for the car is not that good. In city it's only 15/16, even worse than some big crossover.
