私人賣車緊急求助！低mileage，高值，3 年新camry，

向各位車壇高手求助，本人正在賣07的camry，craiglist上貼出一周，至今還沒找到買主銀行有5-6千的dowm還沒付清，麵臨如下問題：

1）若賣給Carmax的話，比市麵價被砍3千，心中流血，受傷中；
2）繼續私人買車，潛在買主沒幾人可能拿不出$16000的現金，他們可能有什麽方法拿到refinnance嗎？
3）有網站銷售人員聯係，要求在其網站上代賣車，或在Ebay代拍賣車，從沒有類似經驗，有高人指教嗎？
4）考慮海龜，不知可否把車帶回國，是否有海外留學歸國證明就可免關稅，拿回國賣可行嗎？

多多拜謝各位大俠指點，本人實在是一車壇菜鳥，隻好向各位厚顏問這些問題，有不知天高地後，不靠譜之處，請多多包含。我知道要耽誤大蝦很長時間來回答同類問題，您給個相關鏈接，俺也萬分感謝。
