Help: Brake warning light is on

My car is camry v6 1994, because the brake fluid leaking, the level of fluid is low,then the brake light is on, after I fixed the leaking refile the fluid, but the light is still on, I try to use the code scanner but there is no mistake show on so I could not erase that and I disconnect the battery also no work. I have to do the state inspection tomorrow, can any one tell me how to turn off the warning light. Many thanks.
