Not "一定要", but in ideal situation it's recommended

In the early days, particularly as students, who would use a torque wrench? It'll be fine as only as you are not tightening too tight or too loose.

I bought a torque wrench for $12 some time ago, not only for wheels but also for engine or transmission where alloy parts are fragile.
