You car has no big problem, but why do you think the suspension system is no good? You will pay a lot to install those off market suspension system, especially for cars.
An easy way to test your suspension is to press down one corner, then release. Good suspension will give one bounce up and down, then balanced. If that corner gives no bounce up and down, or bounce up and down many times before die down, the strud is bad and need to be replaced.
You need to replace the air filter and make sure the air filter is fit in the filter housing.
