This is the issue that really bothered me. The general concept is to change it every two to three years. However, some car manufacturers such as Honda make it a mandatory item in their service plans, while others such as Toyota did not make it as mandatory. Can anyone thoroughly explain this issue in a convincible manner? Thanks.
