yes and no

IF the sensor after the catlit converter ( on the pipe under your car, ) is bad, you maybe able to drive it without much of a problem. If the O2 sensor at the air intake( controls the mixture of air and fule) is bad, you will have bad gas miliage...either way, you won't pass emission test. Just my experience... not 100%.
