CBD or CBD 周邊買個 2 bedroom apartment (50-70萬之間)

 

你如你需要house 且不在乎破舊程度的 (land size 560sqm + & 3 bedroom +):

東邊 from boxhill 開始往外

東南 ashwood->chadstone-> bentleigh east 往外

hint: 東南不包括海邊，海邊的區普遍偏貴

東北邊在 yarra river 的東南邊能從 doncaster 邊角開始

東北邊在yarra river 的西北邊能從viewbank, rosanna 開始

北邊能從bell st 左右的地方往上

西邊的房價普遍不高，過了 maidstone -> williamstown 基本都沒有問題.
