Thanks for your time and effort. When I reread my article this morning and your comment, I find that I was a bit biased; maybe because I have been doing a mission critical project when I wrote this one, negative stress was pumped into the writing.

There is no perfect political system and society in the world, excellent politician are scrounging around for a balanced one between efficiency and fairness. The main point in my mindset is to nudge the society and culture to shift a bit off to efficiency from fairness. Again, no panacea and the process would be slow if possible.

Once I am not that busy, let me study your points and other follow-ups, investigate more statistics , making the points more constructive.
