In top schools in the state, finance support is much much easy than OZ. They call finance blinding (they don't even classify home students or foreigners). Even for foreigners, you can get finance support in these schools if needed.
BTW, 悉大，墨大 are not same level with top colleges in the States. 5萬多兩銀 ? is jokes
