Managering agent deals with this all the time. If he thought he was in the right, why didn't take me to the Tribunal? Lodgement fee is only $33.

On the other hand, managering agent said they've paid someone to clean the oven which cost $200, that should be charged from my bond.

Now I got my full bond back.

Who will pay the above costs? Managering agent's own pocket? Landlord?
