Reprogramming a "T-mobile Sidekick 3" to Australia

Hi, i recently received a SIDEKICK 3 from America, the only problem is that it doesn't work in Australia. Does anyone have any ideas how to or where i can get it reprogrammed so that it will work on an OPTUS sim card
