兩點考慮：

1） Journey through。。。若當成名詞就不如 A Journey through 。。 （or into） 來得順口親切。

2） Journey through。。。若當成動詞理解，作為 title 不一定很合適，得用它的動名詞，但這個詞加 ing 又有點拗口。另舉一例： Trekking in the West   若用 Trek in the West 就不太合適。

所以，有些人選擇 A Journey。。。。  並不是說去掉 A 就一定是錯誤的。

還有一條原則就是 Title 簡單一點比較好， 考慮到這一點， 把它當成 A Journey 來理解也可以。
