LLC 一定要請律師做eviction嗎？

請教各位： owner是夫妻兩個人的LLC， 在MO，現在要做eviction . 請問自己可以做嗎，還是必須要請律師？

Lease上是個人的名字，幾年前簽的時候房子還在個人名下。多謝！
