昨天打電話問Fidelity 說可以， 填529 rollover 就行。 今天收到fidelity message 說”Since the rollover is going from one participant to another, this is going to be considered a non-qualified distribution with potential tax consequences. In order to process this request properly, the participant of the account where the funds are leaving must submit a letter of instruction detailing the transaction and that they are aware that they are taking a non-qualified distribution.

Any requests over $10,000 requires a Medallion signature guarantee. ”
