大家感恩節快樂, Black Friday shopping 快樂。

我家房客今天發email 問我:

他想換一個“change the thermostat for a new smart one”，這個購買和安裝，我不打算出錢了， 因為原先的還好著。

他說他們想找一個公司做duct cleaning because his daughter has an allergy problem. 他問這個"how would the payment be", 打算一人一半錢, 因為也算半個maintainance。

Any suggestions for preventing further issues caused by the claim, " my daughter's allergy"
