1. find a YMCA or equivalent that has complimentary (free) day care,then you can have some time for yourself doing fun things in the gym;kids can play with their peers so they are not bored either.

2. subscribe to netflix so when kids are asleep you can watch film;

3.eat out or order take outs once in a while;

4. involve your hubby in the responsibilities as much as you can;

額現在早餐中餐都改單位吃了。早餐是黑芝麻糊:美發養顏。中餐色拉:保持體型。

最近老師不讓我早上給女兒東西吃。要她練習吃幼兒園的東西。這一下就把額給解放了。

還有就是額現在做飯的時候安排額家領導跟女兒玩,這樣省心很多。
