1. 把雞肉撕成小塊
2. 然後慢火把雞肉炸成金黃，撈出到碟中，雞肉上撒上椒鹽粉，拌勻
3. 油鍋小火炸花椒、幹辣椒、小米椒
1. 放入雞肉、大蒜子翻炒，出鍋前放入香菜，淋入香油。
