Pest control 法律規定是房東負責嗎？

我記得以前在這裏看到過必須房東負責，這個有法律依據嗎？我和租客簽的合同裏pest control這項沒有明確規定誰來負責，既不是房東也不是房客。現在出了個麻煩事，租客說後院deck上經常有wasps影響了她的戶外生活，但又找不到nest. 她提出讓我找專業人士幫她解決，我電話問了一圈都要三四百。求助一下這裏的老地主：1，我有沒有責任替她解決？2，如果必須我去解決，有誰能提供個消滅wasps的好辦法嗎？謝謝了！
