Deep in the woods
There hides a sign
Yapping, giggling to the passers
Never-the-Less

Deep in the woods
There lies a stream
Jumping, singing to the morning dues
Up to the most

Deep in the woods
There stands a grumpy old nameless
Stretching, sprouting some green shreds
More or less

Deep in the woods
There is a shout in despair
Knowing but not understanding
Why there comes the chopping

It’s just a green prosperity
Neutralizing and enriching
The earth dignity
And the air that all lives are counting

Yes, there is an exit
From where you could come back
To the path that leads
To the green that breathes
