七絕·秋怯 - 孟朝崗

 

片片落紅傷別愁，滿塘斜葦怯搔頭。

柳梢尤懼流光遠，欲挽秋風係月鉤。

 

Leaf by leaf, petal by petal, in parting sob,

A pondful of reeds tremble with slanting bob.

The willows twigs fear time is on its fleeting feet,

Tying the wind to the lunar hook, wow, they lob.
