舟中望月 – （南北朝）朱超

 

大江闊千裏，孤舟無四鄰。
唯餘故樓月，遠近必隨人。
入風先繞暈，排霧急移輪。
若教長似扇，堪拂豔歌塵。

 

Beholding Serene from Boat by Zhu Chao (Era of Southern and Northern Dynasties)

 

The river is miles vast and wide

No other sailing boats beside

 Save the moon I beheld at home

Near or far, it comes where I bide

Ere wind rises, fog hoops my boat,

The hoop breaks, as wind starts to gride,

If wind be a long-handled fan,

It’d fain dust songsters off with pride.
