Week 9 -- overcome overeating

Why is so so difficult to develop a new good habit? Or why is so difficult to change a not-so-good habit? Mine is eating. I eat all the time. Totally none mindfully eating. Now I start to have allegies: running nose, ithy eyes and ithy nose, mirky head. I guess it is because my unhealthy eating habits. I munch on things all day long and my body is tired from digesting all these overload food. And for whatever reason, the body started to develop some allergic reaction and I guess it is a signal that tell me to stop overeating or stop eating the Carbs and sugars that give me tummy trouble and body discomfort. But why is so hard to stop bad habit? Maybe try this:

1. Go Cold Turkey: Stop eating bread for breakfast.

2. Eat only fruits in between meals.

3. Only protein and veggie for dinner. 

Try this first. 1,2,3.

I can do it.
