房客簽約4月8號，租金從4月10開始。收到押金4400，四月份20天租金1466，當時就給了鑰匙。 五月二號收到五月份租金2200，是用Fedex overnigh送到的現金支票，說擔心支票不能按時收到。房客是夫妻二人，五十多歲，年收入二十幾萬。
但是房客從來沒有搬進去，他們有自己的house，位於治安和位置差一些。距離現在的房子10分鍾車程，當時他們想把自己的房子裝修後賣掉或者租出去，租住我們的房子一兩年後再買好一點的房子。現在他們改變主意了，要終止合同。之前女房客說，房子裏有bugs沒有搬，怕爬到食物上，我說需不需要找殺蟲公司徹底處理一下，沒有任何回複，所以沒有處理。昨天收到email說，因為這樣那樣原因，不準備搬進去了。感覺他們是很好的租客，請大佬們指教指教，有沒有同類事件發生，是怎麽處理比較合理？謝謝！！！

How are you doing? Hey I have bad news on the Property on 11th St. We haven't moved in yet and we won't be. My husband is in Australia for a month and taking care of both houses is to much for me. He wont be moving in. Also I thought I would like the feel of country living but I can't get the bugs under control and feel I just need to stay put in my house and put the money towards fixing it up! I am so sorry! I really appreciate you renting your property to Me! It is a great place with much potential! I don't expect any money back since I need to terminate the Lease agreement early and I apologize for the inconvenience I have caused! I will give you a call to talk more with you after 6pm tonight?
