樹枝框畫（Twigs in Frame）

去年秋天修剪家裏靠窗的樹，留下一些紅色的樹枝，放到車庫裏經過3個多月的的自然風幹，用一個帶樹皮的鬆樹木頭做了一個框架，把這些幹的樹枝截成和框架等高的長度後鑲在框架中，背板塗上綠色。然後噴上一道透明的保護漆，這個樹枝框畫就完成了。

下麵這段文字是把這個作品投稿給我們省木工協會的會刊的介紹，內容基本同上：

Twigs in Frame: Made a bark-on pine frame with 1/4" MDF as backing. The twigs were from saved tree branches I pruned last fall. I put them in the garage for air drying. The backing was painted green with acrylic color and each branch was cut exactly the same height to fit in the frame and fortified with hot glue. The whole frame was finished by spraying with water-based satin polyurethane. The frame dimensions are 11”(w) X 15"(h).
