1996 Cuba Gooding Jr. 參與Tom Cruise 主演的Jerry Maguire，他演職業橄欖球員Rod Tildwell，生動傳神的表演，Robert Tildwell，生動傳神的表演，讓他得到奧斯卡金獎最佳男配角，他在片中的經典名句是：Show me the money! 在當時的商業廣告中常用到這一句。Renée Zellweger在Jerry Maguire中演Jerry Maguire妻子Dorothy Boyd。2003 Nicole Kidman和Jude Law 合演了Cold Mountain。Renée Zellweger在片中演Ruby Thewes，得到奧斯卡金獎最佳女配角。Bonnie Hunt在Jerry Maguire演Dorothy Boyd的母親。之前Bonnie Hunt在1992的Beethoven 第一集和1993的Beethoven 第二集 中演Alice Newton （Newton家庭的女主人）。

在1992的Beethoven 中演Newton家庭的男主人George Newton，由Charles Grodin扮演。George Newton 有一個研發製作Auto Air Fresher的公司，想要擴張，要找投資人。來了一男一女兩個居心叵測的騙子，冒充投資人，準備簽6個月的假約，6個月後吞掉George Newton的店。這個陰謀被Beethoven（是一隻超大的St. Bernard ）聽到了，一陣亂搞，讓騙子沒有得逞。男騙子叫Brad，由TV series The X-File的男主角David Duchovny扮演。女騙子叫Brie, 由TV series Everybody Loves Raymond的女主角Patricia Heaton扮演。

1957 Alec Guinness因演出The Bridge on the River Kwai中的 Colonel Nicholson 而獲得奧斯卡金獎影帝。1962他又參加Peter O’Toole主演的Lawrence of Arabia。Alec Guinness演Prince Faisal，出場不多，卻淡定威嚴，有王子氣派。1959 Alec Guinness和Burl Ives合演Our Man in Havana。Alec Guinness演Jim Wormold，Burl Ives演Dr. Hasselbacher。

2009 Russell Crowe 在State of play中演記者Cal McCaffrey，Ben Affleck和Jeff Daniels演兩個不法的眾議員，Helen Mirren演霸氣的總編輯Cameron。之前，Jeff Daniels在1996 Fly away home中扮演一位脅助女兒教小雁飛的爸爸。Fly away home是一部感人溫馨的片子。1996 Glenn Close演了真人版的101 Dalmatians，Jeff Daniels演Roger Dearly，Glenn Close演Cruella De Vil。

2013 遊大慶演了一部武鬆，片中由潘長江演武大，我覺得潘長江他是我看過演的最好的武大郎，首先他長得醜，不用特別化醜妝；他長得不高，站在高大的遊大慶身邊，自然顯得矮了；他會演戲，演武大有說服力。之前2011台灣製作了一部電影：賽德克.巴萊：彩虹戰士（Warriors of The Rainbow: Seedig Bale）。遊大慶在片裏演青年莫那魯道。

1963 Sidney Poitier以演Lilies of the field中的Homer Smith而獲奧斯卡金獎影帝。他是第一個 African-American 的男人得到此獎的。1967他與Rod Steiger合演In the heat of the night。Rod Steiger扮Police Chief Bill Gillespie片而獲奧斯卡金獎影帝。Sidney Poitier扮Detective Virgil Tibbs。。1967 Sidney Poitier還演了To Sir, with love中的老師Mark Thackeray。此片在全球大賣，英國歌手Lulu唱主題曲To Sir, with love，也大紅起來。

 1953 Audrey Hepburn 的第一部電影Roman Holiday，就讓她獲得奧斯卡金獎影後。她的清純高貴，是演Princess Ann的不二人選。1954 Audrey Hepburn （演Sabrina Fairchild），Humphrey Bogart（演Linus Larrabee），William Holden（演David Larrabee）合演Sabrina，是個三角戀愛的喜劇。最後Linus 略施小計，擊敗弟弟David ，贏得美人歸。1964 Audrey Hepburn和Rex Harrison合演歌唱喜劇片My Fair Lady。Rex Harrison以演戲中的Professor Henry Higgins而獲奧斯卡金獎影帝。

Elizabeth Taylor 1960 以演出BUtterfield 8中的Gloria Wandrous，獲得她的第一個奧斯卡金獎影後。1966 她又以演出Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf中的Martha，獲得她的第二個奧斯卡金獎影後。1963 她演出耗資钜大，幾乎造成20th Century-Fox 破產的Cleopatra。Elizabeth Taylor演Cleopatra，Rex Harrison演出配角Julius Caesar。

Talia Shire 在1972，1974，1990的Godfather 中演Vito Corleone 的女兒Connie Corleone, 是Michael Corleone（Al Pacino扮演）的妹妹。她還在1976，1979，1982，1985，1990 Sylvester Stallone主演的Rocky第一集，第二集，第三集，第四集，第五集 中演Rocky的妻子Ardrian Pennino。

1955 Ernest Borgnine 以演Marty中的Marty 而獲奧斯卡金獎影帝。1953 Burt Lancaster和Deborah Kerr合演了From Here to Eternity。Deborah Kerr演一個被丈夫冷落的妻子（Karen Holmes），Burt Lancaster 則演1st Sergeant Milton Warden，兩人在沙灘上擁吻纏綿，是經典鏡頭。Ernest Borgnine在From Here to Eternity片中演Staff Sergeant Fatso，他把Private Maggio（Frank Sinatra扮演）折磨虐待而死。Private Prew（Montomery Clift扮演）為替Maggio報仇，把Fatso打死了。From Here to Eternity被選為The 100 Most Romantic Films of All Time第20名。Deborah Kerr在1951和Robert Taylor合演Quo Vadis，Robert Taylor演Marcus Vinicius，Deborah Kerr演Lygia。1957 Deborah Kerr（演Terry McKay）和Cary Grant（演Nickie）合作An Affair to Remember，此片被認為是Most Romantic Movies of All Time 名列前茅之作。1993 Tom Hanks和Meg Ryan合演的Sleepless in Seattle就引用了An Affair to Remember: Meg Ryan 和Rosie O’Donnell看電視上播出的An Affair to Remember，兩人看得痛哭流涕。

1969 Jon Voight 以演出Midnight Cowboy中的Joe Buck獲奧斯卡金獎影帝。Midnight Cowboy是唯一X-Rated得到奧斯卡最佳影片獎的電影。Dustin Hoffman 也參與此片的演出，扮演Ratso。1998 Jon Voight參與Will Smith 主演的Enemy of the State，這是一部驚悚片，票房很好。Jon Voight扮Security Service Official Thomas Reynolds，Will Smith扮被人暗地把一卷Thomas Reynolds殺人的錄影帶放入購物袋而遭Security Service agents 追殺的Robert Dean。在2006 Glory Road 中Josh Lucas 演Texas Western College的籃球教練Don Haskins，他隊中的先發球員全是黑人，這是NCAA史上的第一次。1966 NCAA Men’s Division I Basketball Championship之戰，就是Don Haskin帶領的Texas Western College的籃球隊打敗University of Kentucky的籃球隊。University of Kentucky的籃球隊的教練是Adolph Rupp，由Jon Voight扮演。

1964 Julie Andrews 第一次演電影，就以Mary Poppins獲奧斯卡金獎影後。1965 Julie Andrews和Christopher Plummer合演The Sound of Music。Julie Andrews演Marie，Christopher Plummer演Captain Von Trapp。1967 在Peter O’Toole 主演的The Night of the Generals 中Christopher Plummer扮Field Marshal Erwin Rommel。1999 Al Pacino和Russell Crowe合演The Insider，Christopher Plummer在其中扮演CBS 60 Minutes 主播人之一的Mike Wallace。2001 在Russell Crowe 主演的A Beautiful Mind中，Christopher Plummer扮Dr. Rosen。在A Beautiful Mind 中Russell Crowe演患有Paranoid Schizophrenia及delusion episodes的John Nash。Jennifer Connelly 演John Nash的太太Alicia Nash，Jennifer Connelly 因演此角而得到奧斯卡金獎最佳女配角。
