硬工作 Hard Work & 軟指標 -- 思想 Leadership

Last year in Beijing, there's rumor going on, talking about helping Chinese Communist Party change the name, into whatever more representable at this particular time and globe situation, since Communist Movement in the entire World seems have lost its momentum, and/or even its own life.

Thought, up till today, indeed, the structure both in terms of the broadness & its depth of penetration directly into the entire Chinese Society, and its leadership style of Chinese Communist Party, have all been evolved into, some quite habitant establishment during past 60 years.   

Such as, between 硬工作, and 軟指標 -- 思想, expectation, wish list, guiding direction, which started since 50s, normally would be held between a non-party specialist leader 廠長, 省長, 市長, etc. (sometimes, may take on a 副..長 之名), and a party leadership.

Now, it seems be more and more inevitable to legallize whatever work and establish whatever lack of, or in need of ... into a more healthy workable structure.
