西南紅岩記（0）行程

去年(2017)春假探訪了美國西南大圓環（The Grand Circle) 西部的小圈，http://blog.wenxuecity.com/myblog/42591/201704/3754.html

太喜歡了。 今年春假決定去大圓環的東部，這次的行程圖如下：


Day 1: Fly into Phoenix, AZ. PHX -> Sedona, 2hr.
Stay in Sedona, Hyatt, 推薦
如果時間久一點，我更推薦上次住的Enchantment Resort。

Day 2: Sedona。 好幾年前曾經來住過一個長周末，非常漂亮的一個小城。強推!
Visit the Chapel of the Holy Cross
Hike the Devil’s Bridge trail （大推）

Pink jeep tour (上次玩過，很好玩）
Take the Airport trail for great panoramic views of Sedona at sunset

Sedona -> Flagstaff, 1hr
Stay in Flagstaff, Hampton Inn，推薦

Day 3: Flagstaff -> Grand Canyon east entrance, 1hr
Explore Navajo Point and hike down towards the river 這是唯一和去年西部小圓環行程有重合的一處，是大峽穀我最喜歡的一處景點。


Grand Canyon to Monument Valley, 3hr
Stay at The View hotel, 隻此一家，spectacular!
Enjoy the amazing view at sunset


Day 4: Monument Valley -> 4 Corners -> Moab
Morning back country tour with Majestic Monument Valley Touring Co. 推薦
Monument Valley to Four Corners, 2hr 好荒涼的地方，完全是到此一遊（不好意思，剛發現行程圖上漏了這個地方）。
Four Corners to Arches National Park, 2.5hr

Stay at Moab, Fairfield Inn & Suites, 推薦。

Day 5: Arches National Park
Hikes：
The Windows area
Park Avenue
Landscape arch
Delicate Arch at Sunset (霹靂推薦）

other option: Fiery Furnace (book ahead)
Stay at Moab, Fairfield Inn & Suites

Day 6: Canyonland National Park
Hike: Mesa Arch for sun rise (不推薦）
Grandview Point
Green River Overlook

Gooseneck State Park (大力推薦）


Moab -> Torrey, 2.5hr
Capitol Reef National Park
Stay at Torrey, Broken Spur Inn

Day 7: Capitol Reef National Park

Visit the historic area
Hike: Capitol Gorge trail
other options: Hickman Bridge, Grand Wash, Cassidy Arch

Capitol Reef -> SLC, 3.5 hr
Stay at SLC Hilton, 方便第二天飛回家。
