1 year after termination of the Agreement for any reason, he/she shall not solicit in any manner any client of company for which consultant has been assigned a project. 是不是一年之內不能再成為這個client的雇員？我理解solicit是我自己求職，那要是這個client要雇我呢，算不算這個不允許這列？
