Iwokeupnotfeelingwelltorun.Thefeet,lowerlegs,and
tendonsfelttightfromyesterday's3-milejog.My2nd
4-monthdietingcametoanend.Ilost4lbsandmyweight
reachedanall-timelow(sincecollege).Butyesterday's
carb-fastseemedtoleavemewithalotlessenergythis
morning.Itcouldbejustmyimaginationbut,forthefirsttime,

At6:30,Igotupanddidsomeweightworkbeforeheading
outfortherun.I'verecoveredwellovertheweek,myPF
wasgoneandtheblisterundertheleftheelwashealing
well.Iplanned10milesandwasquitehopeful.
