從5月12日到5月22日，一共有11天。其中有4個雙休日，另外7天，樊勝美需要裝模作樣地去圖書館上班。這11天裏麵隻有16，17，18這3天是晴天，其他8天都是陰風苦雨的日子。 小美沒有著急找工作，因為5月23日他們就要帶婆婆出去旅行。如果在此期間發出去求職信，人在外麵玩，招聘的人聯係不上你，那影響多不好。她覺得自己先把這段時間安排好不露出破綻就可以啦。 小[閱讀全文]

5月11日，星期五，小雨，婆婆來美第21天。這是樊勝美早上出門前在日誌上的簡筆。日子有些乏味無聊，但還過得去。
上午11點多，GREG突然讓小樊去自己辦公室一下。這場景在樊勝美的心裏已經預演過好多次，每次去老板辦公室都膽戰心驚，好在每次都有驚無險。這次她所擔心和害怕的事情終於發生啦。由於公司沒有足夠的業務，她被辭退啦。
