推薦的麵粉( 一袋麵粉,可做16個叉燒包, 真的很像廣式點心叉燒包的味道,包裝上有詳細的和麵說明:
冰奶 or 冰水一杯,半杯白糖,一勺菜油.幾滴檸檬水,沒有也可以,倒入麵中,合成麵團,醒30 分鍾就可包了,蒸出來的叉燒包麵喧喧甜甜的,真不錯的)
