I have found a very impressive tenant, but they have a recent bankruptcy related to their business(it\'s file on 07/09 and closed on 04/10).
Otherwise, it seems very promising-
both husband and wife has a decent job now;
credit score is about 630;
Good reference from current landlord.
What\'s the risk taking such a tenant?
