幾天前，2022年度 World Happiness Report 出爐。不出所料，前幾名都是歐州（尤其是北歐）國家：芬蘭第一，丹麥第二，冰島第三，瑞士第四，荷蘭第五。

排名的主要依據是問卷調查中對 life evaluations （0-10）的自我評價。問卷由 The Gallup World Poll 提供，每個國家大約做1000個問卷調查。

正如報告中所說的那樣，there's no national happiness, 隻有 individual happiness. 幸福的國度也有不幸福的人。
