準備食材:Preparing ingredients
1st layer(Transparent Jelly)第一層 透明果凍
涼開水Cool boiled water 350 ml
白糖Suger 50 g(喜歡吃甜的朋友可以多加,You can add more sugar if you like it sweeter)
魚膠粉Gelatine 20 g
青葡萄Some green grapes
適量藍莓 Some blueberries
適量櫻桃番茄 Some cherry tomatos
泥猴桃 Kiwi 1 Pc
芒果Mango 1 pc
鹽 1 羹 Salt 1 Spoon
醋 2 羹 Vinegar 2 tasp
2nd white layer第二層(白色層)
椰奶 Coconut milk 150 ml
涼開水Cool boiled water 100
魚膠粉Gelatine 18 g
白糖 Sugar 50 g(喜歡吃甜的朋友可以多加,You can add more sugar if you like it sweeter)
3rd purple layer 第三層紫色層
1、紫薯(去皮後)Peeled purple sweet potato 100 g
2、牛奶 Milk 100 ml
3、椰奶 Coconut milk 100 ml
4、涼開水Cool boiled wate 100 ml
5、白糖Sugar 30 g(喜歡吃甜的朋友可以多加,You can add more sugar if you like it sweeter)
6、魚膠粉Gelatine 18 g
