Grease baking pan 2. Mix butter and sugar until it becomes light and fluffy, approximately 5 minutes. 3. With mixer on medium speed, add eggs, 1 at a time, and the lemon zest. 4. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt 5. Combine 1/4 C lemon juice and milk in a bowl,add liquid mixtures to batter, beginning and ending with flour mixture. 6.
