威斯康星州基諾沙城( Kenosha)一陪審團於昨天宣布，2020年在一騷亂現場導致2人死亡、1人受傷的少年裏滕豪斯（Kyle Rittenhouse）無罪. 總統拜登表示必須尊重陪審團的判決；前總統、川普表示，陪審團的裁決是公正的，他說：“如果這（裏滕豪斯當時的行為）不是自衛，什麽是自衛？”。

這個判決，是件大事 ，是天大的事。將被載入美國史冊。

美國憲法第二修正案：

“A well regulated Militia being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms shall not be infringed.

紀律優良的民兵部隊對自由州的安全是必要的，因此，人民持有並攜帶武器的權利不可受侵害。”

時年17歲的裏滕豪斯是民兵，合規攜槍，為商家守護，被迫開槍。捍衛了個人的生命權力。

這個槍聲，也堪比列克星敦獨立戰爭第一槍。

如果政府不作為，人民有權自衛，直至解散不作為的政府。

美國獨立宣言：

“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness.
