貼段音樂,一邊做一邊放鬆

 

發現隨著年齡增長,身體柔韌性降低。如果不堅持做些伸展練習這筋就越來越抽抽,人感覺越來越皺巴。發點圖片上來沒事抻抻。每個動作數十下。

也可以坐在椅子上做。打電腦累了做幾下會很舒服。

踝關節柔韌性練習

注意用力要柔和,不要來回猛壓。 現在的目標對我來說不是提高而是保持身體的柔軟度。給自己加油。貼完了,跟著做了一遍渾身很舒服。有點舒筋活血的作用啊:)
