肉末燒餅:瞎琢磨的原創。

餡兒:肉末一磅,切碎一隻洋蔥,薑蒜米,熱油鍋,加油少許,下肉末翻炒,8成熟時再下蔥薑蒜米。加醬油,料酒,少許鹽,糖,加咖喱粉,叉燒醬,水,大火收湯。後來看著有點鹹就把一袋菠菜葉下進去了了聽好吃好還多了蔬菜了。

發麵就是5cup麵粉,一小袋yeast, 1/3 cup sugar, 2 cups warm water, 2 tea spoons baking powder. 用溫糖水把酵母化開,放7-8分鍾,把baking powder放在麵裏攪勻。到水和麵,和好後用濕紙巾蓋上,放30分鍾揉一下,在放30分鍾麵就發好了。夏天熱,好發麵。

 

杆皮放餡兒,包好了就開中小火,放一點油,蓋上蓋,到了10分鍾時,往鍋裏倒半杯水,再蓋上蓋,直到水燒幹了。出鍋兒。
