No being can dissolve to nothing!                                        沒有物質能化為烏有！
The eternal continues on in everything,                               永恒持續存在於萬物，
Let ‘being’ sustain your happiness!                                    你要把握萬物中的幸福！
Being is eternal: because laws                                               物質是永恒的，
Preserve the living treasures,                                                自然定律守護著生命寶藏，
With which the cosmos adorns itself.                                   它們將宇宙美麗扮裝。

The truth has long ago been found,                             真相早已被發現，
Has always united nobel spirits;                                  它總與高貴的精神相伴，
This ancient truth, get hold of it!                                  要掌握這萬古真相！
Give thanks, earth-being, to the sage,                         凡人們,感謝真相的發現聖者吧，
Who pointed her to orbit the sun,                                是他發現了地球繞太陽運行，
And bade the sibling its course.                                  地球的姐妹們有各自的軌道。

Immediately now turn inward,                                     首先讓我們把自己審視，
The center you find right inside there,                       每人心裏也有一個中心，
No noble soul would doubt that.                                 有良知的人毫不懷疑。
You will not miss a single rule,                                   這裏有你遵守的全部法則，
Because autonomous conscience,                             自我約束的良心，
Is sun to your moral-day.                                             一如太陽照亮人格。

Now you have to trust the senses,                              其次你必須信賴自己的直覺，
they will not fail you with error,                                   因為它從不將你誤導，
As long as reason keep you awake.                            隻要你保持清醒頭腦。
With a fresh gaze perceive joyfully,                            明亮快樂的眼光觀察，
and stroll with confidence and lithe,                           信心滿懷興致勃勃，
Across meadows of rich-edowered world.                 在生機盎然的沃土上穿行。

Blessings and plenty savour in moderation,             享受要有節製，
Common sense should always be present,               讓常識總伴你左右，
Where life enjoys being-alive.                                     享受生命中活著的快樂。
Then the past is steady,                                               過去的能繼續，
The future alive already,                                               將來的能預見，
The moment is eternity.                                                瞬間的能永恒。

And when, at long last, you have succeeded,            最後你終於成功，
And you are permeated by the notion:                       至此已深信不疑：
What is fertile, alone is true –                                      唯有勞動所獲為真實成果。
You examine what generally prevails,                        你把成功的經驗總結，
It will abide by its own connections,                          它們都有一定之規，
Go and join the smallest crowd.                                  你要與修得真經的人為伍。

And as it was since ancient time, in stillness,          自古以來哲學家和詩人，  
A work of love according to own will                         獨自一人，隨心所欲地
The philosopher, the poet did create,                        創作出自己心愛的作品。
You too will attain the fairest grace:                          而你也將獲得最偉大的恩典：
To pre-feel for nobel souls                                          成為預感高尚人的先知，
Is most-desirable vocation.                                         這是最令人渴慕的使命。
